Jonathan Keable

Managing Director, BNI, Chairman of Plymouth FSB

With over 37 years of Business, HR, Marketing, Sales and Management experience in all sectors, Jonathan founded Business Success in 2016. He provides results-driven, personal and bespoke Business Marketing and HR solutions to Business owners and their teams. Fast forward to now; he has built a great team that delivers just that. When not working, Jonathan enjoys cycling, skiing and wild swimming. Jonathan is also the Leader of the Plymouth Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).

Adrienna Cheshire

Marketing Director, Vice President BNI Revolution

Adrienna Cheshire, Marketing Graduate, joined the Business Success team in 2017 and was appointed Marketing Director of Business Success Marketing Ltd in 2019. With over 5 years of hands-on Marketing experience, Adrienna works closely with clients to make sure that their Marketing works for them. What does she enjoy most about her job? Building strong relationships with clients and their teams, learning something new every day and providing creative solutions that deliver exciting results.
