Working with the Managing Director & owner of CPMR Engineering, the bold step of reorganising the business during the pandemic involved:
- Combining two premises into one to give a better service
- Reorganising and training the team that included new job roles & contracts of employment
- Recruiting staff and developing a new employee to become the Branch Manager
- Implement a new Marketing strategy to promote key services
- Putting in new operating procedures
