The "Meet the Expert" Business Support Programme is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and is completely FREE to SMEs in Devon.
The programme includes monthly 1:1 business advice events and workshops allowing businesses the opportunity to meet and interact with a range of business experts covering a variety of topics. We recently hosted our own 'Meet The People and Marketing Expert' workshop, all about how powerful your People and Marketing are when you combine them together into a One Force Strategy® for your Business.
We covered a lot, including getting the right people and processes in your business, the importance of understanding and utilising your P&L (Profit and Loss), developing customer loyalty and how to add value at every stage of your customer journey.
